Credit Controller

Credit Controller Salary: £32,000 Location: Walsall

Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

• Own the full credit control process and customer relationships
• Post and allocate daily cash receipts
• Manage invoices and credit notes
• Produce aged debt and DSA reports
• Lead monthly credit review meetings
• Resolve queries with internal teams
• Support broader finance operations

The Successful Candidate will have the following:

• Proven experience in credit control and sales ledger
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident with Excel and accounting systems
• Self-driven and proactive
• Enjoys working in a team-focused office environment
• Always looking for smarter, better way of working
• IT literate
