💰 Salary: £25,000–£27,000 + Bonuses (up to £31k achievable!)

About the Role

As an AR / Billings Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Accounts Receivable function. From raising invoices and posting cash to owning reporting tasks, this role offers an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (Monday, Thursday + one of your choice)
  • Bonus structure: £2k annual personal bonus (split quarterly) + 10% yearly company bonus

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Raising accurate sales invoices and chasing overdue payments
  • Posting cash and managing bank processes
  • Resolving customer invoicing queries by liaising with internal teams
  • Taking ownership of reporting tasks using Excel
  • Managing email traffic and responding within SLAs
  • Supporting the AR Manager with general admin tasks

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience in AR / invoicing, billing, or finance admin
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent Excel skills
  • A motivated and proactive attitude
  • A confident, professional manner and ability to work in a team
