Part Time Credit Controller- German Speaking- Up to 29k PR

Our client is seeking a Part Time Credit Controller who is fluent in German. Salary: Up to 29k Pro Rata

What you'll do:

As a Part Time Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to support the transactional delivery of OTC. You will ensure all work completed under your remit adheres to the Group Policies and is 'right first time'. You will strive to achieve best practice performance levels as per benchmarks agreed with the Transactions Manager. Your role will also involve managing incoming requests through workflow and scheduling activities appropriately. You will champion customer service in the Transactions process area, understanding the importance of identifying and meeting the needs of external and internal customers.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Part Time Credit Controller position will bring previous SSC/OTC experience, particularly in Credit Control and Accounts Receivables. You should have prior experience with SAP and be fluent in English plus one or more relevant European languages such as Danish, Polish or German. Your ability to manage credit blocked orders, follow SSC OTC processes efficiently, and meet all SLA's and KPI's will be crucial for success in this role.

• Previous SSC/OTC experience, especially in Credit control and Accounts receivables
• Prior SAP experience
• Fluency in English plus one or more relevant European languages are essential: Danish, Polish, German
• Ability to follow SSC OTC processes efficiently and effectively
• Experience in managing credit blocked orders
