Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Credit Controller to become an integral part of their finance team in Milton Keynes. This role presents a thrilling chance to leverage your comprehensive credit control experience in managing client accounts with outstanding debt, all while fostering robust relationships with clients.

What you'll do:

  • Carry out reconciliation on client accounts and progress credits
  • Establish trustworthy relationships with customers, removing barriers to payment
  • Manage your own client list to control credit and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Engage with clients in a professional and confident manner, facilitating timely debt collection
  • Prepare and report activity to management
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders internally and externally
