Credit Controller

Job Title: Credit Controller Pay Bracket: £25,000 - £27,000 Location: Trafford

We are working closely with a well-established, manufacturing and production business based in Trafford. They actively searching for a Credit Controller to support their Finance Team. This is deal for a credit controller who is looking to work for a growing company within a down to earth, friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Credit Control Supervisor and manage your own ledger of accounts.
• Collect debts within payment terms and enforce credit policy.
• Oversee sales ledgers in accordance with accounting procedures.
• Handle large accounts, maximize cash collection, and mitigate financial risk.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Conduct checks on new customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide support with the sales ledger as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Personable with excellent organisational skills.
• Target-driven and able to prioritise workload independently
