A global Brand based in South Central Manchester require a Senior Sales Ledger Assistant to cover maternity leave for 12 months. As a Sales Ledger Clerk you will assist in the operation of an efficient sales ledger and credit control function.
Working in a team of 5, key Senior Sales Ledger Assistant duties include:
- Banking and posting cash, cheque and bacs receipts
- Sales ledger reconciliation
- Cash book posting
- Processing credit card payments
- Setting up new sales ledger accounts
- Resolving queries on sales invoices
You will have previous sales ledger experience and have a good understanding of accounting entries in a high volume and pressurised environment. You should also have had prior experience of reporting and high volume reconciliations.
