Robert Walters Group are currently supporting a global leading business based out of Birmingham City Centre in their recruitment of an Accounts Payable Team Leader on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the Accounts Payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Manage and resolve a high volume of queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.

The Successful Candidate will the Following:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable leadership role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex queries effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the business.
• Proficient in finance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
