What You’ll Do:

As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of supplier account management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing supplier invoices and managing external workflows.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and reconciling statements.
  • Handling weekly aged creditor reports and payments in multiple currencies.
  • Meeting month-end deadlines and supporting the Purchase Ledger Team as needed.
