Our client, a globally recognised sports brand, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment, where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be critical. You'll have the chance to contribute significantly to process improvements and efficiencies, while managing daily invoice processing and vendor balances.
Our client, a globally recognised sports brand, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative environment, where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be critical. You'll have the chance to contribute significantly to process improvements and efficiencies, while managing daily invoice processing and vendor balances.
What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of the finance department. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with both colleagues and external parties, ensuring smooth financial transactions. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment will be key as you manage the Accounts Payable inbox, resolve queries, verify supplier bank details, and ensure timely payments. Your commitment to process improvement will shine as you identify opportunities for increased efficiency and stronger controls.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Payable Analyst position brings a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. You should hold an AAT or equivalent qualification or be studying towards it. Experience with SAP would be advantageous. Your ability to work both independently and within a team will be crucial in this role, as well as your capacity to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will set you apart.
