ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT
HYBRID + PARKING + BENEFITS PACKAGE

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Ensure invoices are coded correctly
- Allocating payments to invoices
- Matching supplier statements
- Weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Query resolution and escalation
- Other ad-hoc financial duties
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience within an AP function essential.
- Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic and able to work well within a team.
- The ability to work accurately and to operate to strict deadlines.
- Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel.
