Our client, who are regularly recognised as being one of the top employers in the U.K are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team on a 12 month fixed term contract with this role having a focus on Payables & Expenses.
Working as part of a large finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing employee expenses as well as checking payments to organisations are being made successfully and on time.
Other responsibilities of this Accounts Assistant role include:
- Accurately checking and processing all company employee expenses are being submitted in line with company policy.
- Maintenance of the companies expense system
- Responsible for setting up few vendors and employees on the system
- Delivery of timely and accurate responses to queries both from internal and external stakeholders
To be considered for this role, our client is looking to speak to candidates who meet some/all of the following criteria:
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused finance environment
- Can process high volumes of expenses & invoices
- Computer literate with exposure to Excel, a recognised expense system and a large ERP system (SAP, ORACLE) being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Salary on offer for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 with a host of brilliant corporate benefits, free parking and a subsidised on site cafe as well as an exceptionally agile working environment.
