Accounts Payable Manager

Are you an Accounts Payable Manager with experience managing large teams? Do you wish to gain more exposure within managing skilled teams? Would you be excited by working for one of the best performing Investment Banks in America expanding into the UK?

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing invoice input by junior Accounts Assistants to ensure appropriate coding used

• Helping to manage a team of junior accounts staff (approximately 6)

• Organising and managing payment runs

• Providing weekly reporting and analysis on invoice statistics per jurisdiction (numbers processed, paid, open etc) in order to ensure invoice approvals and payments are up to date

• Quarterly and annual reporting (not limited to):VAT returns, Payment practises report, Quarterly employee expense analysis reports

• Overall responsibility for management of the AP inbox

• Directly reporting to AP Accounting Director

Ideal candidates will have recent experience in a similar position along with possessing good management skills. You will have a strong attention to detail who is solution focused and set on adding a rapidly growing Financial Services business to your profile.
