Robert Walters are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join a market leading organisation based in Stourbridge, this is a permanent position.

Purchase Ledger Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervising the Purchase Ledger Assistants & the Payroll Assistant
• Overseeing weekly and monthly payroll runs to ensure accurate and timely completion
• Overseeing the bank and cash book and expenses payments to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Overseeing accuracy and timely completion of payment runs and one off payments
• Coordinating activities with other finance departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Data reviews and reporting to including Cash Flow Forecasting
• Administering and reconciling Factoring accounts
• General Ledger account reconciliations and journal postings
• 3 way matching of receipts, POs and invoices
• Ad hoc work and projects as and when required

Purchase Ledger Supervisor Skills:

• GCSE Maths and English level B
• AAT level 4 preferred
• Demonstrable experience in purchase ledger, payroll, bank payments
• Commercially minded with an eye for detail
• Confident with a professional and personable demeanour
