Contract Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to support clients in transitioning to Billing. This pivotal role involves managing timekeepers, reconciling matters, and maintaining related data. You will be in regular contact with clients, Billing brokers, and global finance teams to set up and maintain Billing initiatives. Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate client setup in SAP, timely Bill uploads, and handling any billing rejections.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Timekeeper Management: Proactively collate and maintain timekeeper data in broker or client systems to facilitate invoice uploads. Ensure ongoing matter reconciliation and data maintenance.
  2. Client and Broker Interaction: Act as an advisor on eBilling matters, liaising with clients, brokers, and global finance teams to establish and maintain eBilling systems. Provide training and support as needed.
  3. SAP Setup and Testing: Configure clients in SAP for eBilling, maintain control tables, and test system changes. Ensure thorough testing for each new client during eBilling onboarding.
  4. eBill Uploads: Manage the timely upload of eBills to broker systems, addressing any rejections or errors promptly and escalating issues causing delays.
  5. Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding of new clients to the eBilling broker system, coordinating with technical support for necessary changes.
  6. Process Improvement: Contribute to broader initiatives affecting eBilling, suggest process improvements, and support the wider Process & Infrastructure team in related operational areas.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Background in finance, preferably within the professional services industry.
  2. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  3. Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  4. Confident, self-assured, and committed to high-quality service.
  5. Strong ability to prioritize and manage workloads under pressure.
  6. Detail-oriented with a high level of motivation.
  7. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  8. Willingness to invest time in developing new ideas and taking initiative.
