Responsibilities:

As a Financial Data Analyst, your role will be pivotal in managing and updating property portfolio records, administering legal documents on transactions, and assisting with commercial analysis. You'll build strong relationships with all levels of management and partners, including legal advisors, managing agents, and valuers. Your input will be crucial in contributing to quarterly reports, and you'll have the opportunity to champion new ways of working and tools. The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate for the Financial Data Analyst role will bring a wealth of experience in property and familiarity with lease documentation. Your meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Excel will be key to your success in this role. Previous use of Agresso and Horizon would be advantageous. Your excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, proactive approach, energy, pragmatism, and keenness to learn will make you stand out as a strong team player.
