Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a leading organisation. This temporary role is designed to support systems integration, with the primary purpose of transferring data using a combination of bulk upload and manual data entry methods. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the accuracy of master data to achieve a 'gold standard' master data file of Group suppliers and sub-contractors.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Administrator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. You will be entrusted with performing robust checks on submitted data, challenging inaccuracies where necessary. Your excellent organisational skills will enable you to manage your workload effectively, always prioritising the accuracy and validity of data. You will also be responsible for delivering efficient processes that adhere to the Group's policies without exception. Your ability to multi-task will be crucial in ensuring all accounts administration data entry is completed within deadlines. Additionally, you will provide ad hoc reports and analysis as required.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Administrator position is a motivational team player who thrives on collaboration. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels. You are numerate, organised, and have an eye for detail - qualities that are essential in maintaining the accuracy of our financial data. Your IT literacy, particularly your proficiency in MS Excel, will be invaluable in this role. We're looking for someone who is self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Above all, we value team players who are supportive of their colleagues.
This would be an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking for experience working within a finance function.
