Accounts Receivable Clerk Location: liverpool

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Billing & Renewals Team, ensuring overall debt is maintained below desired thresholds. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with various teams, handle complaints, maintain claims stop and related policy in arrears processes.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Billing & Renewals Team
  • Ensure aged debt is kept within desired thresholds set by management
  • Communicate proposed changes to rates or products arising from renewal meetings
  • Handle complaints through liaison with company contacts, brokers or directly with individuals
  • Maintain claims stop and related policy in arrears processes
  • Respond to queries from groups, brokers or individuals
  • Assist the Finance team with accounts payable, new business setup checks, policy in arrears administration

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in billing and renewals administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with various stakeholders
  • Ability to manage aged debts effectively
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of claims stop and related policy in arrears processes
  • Ability to respond promptly and professionally to queries
