An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a friendly, sociable team within a growing Manufacturing and Production company based in Bolton. They are looking for an ambitious individual who has a strong passion for finance. The successful candidate does not need any previous experience in a finance role but would be a bonus if so. It is a fantastic opportunity if you are a recent graduate looking for your first role!


  • Chase outstanding debts through phone, letters, and email.
  • Resolve any queries and handle enquiries promptly.
  • Handling supplier invoice queries.
  • Set up new customers, including performing credit checks.
  • Answer telephone calls with a positive attitude.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business needs.
  • Assisting with raising supplier purchase orders.
  • Assisting with processing supplier invoices and credits.

What you'll need to succeed as a Finance Administrator

  • A great work ethic with a can do attitude.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
