The Role

We’re seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to support the finance function with high‑quality reporting, analysis, and month‑end responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly management accounts preparation
• Produce variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide analysis to support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
• Support continuous improvement of financial processes

About You

• Part‑qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with stakeholders
• Driven, eager to learn, and keen to progress
• Experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
