Senior Financial Accountant

Leading property company is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a 6-month contract basis. Based in London, this role is being recruited to support a busy period and will deliver high quality financial reporting.

Leading property company is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a 6-month contract basis. Based in London, this role is being recruited to support a busy period and will deliver high quality financial reporting.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing timely and accurate subsidiary financial statements
• Preparing consolidated management accounts
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaising with auditors
• Day to day financial support to wider finance team
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate

• Technically strong accountant, practice trained (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience working in a similar role in Property/Real Estate
• Team player with hands on approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced IT skills
