Accounts Payable Clerk – Birmingham

Salary: £27,000 per annum (Permanent Equivalent)
Contract: Temporary – 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic finance team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing supplier invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries promptly
• Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting the finance team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and finance systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
