An established national organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation, and they’re looking for two Finance Business Partners to play a key role in shaping what comes next. If you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, bringing clarity to financial performance, and using insight to influence real business decisions, this is a fantastic opportunity.

The Opportunity

You’ll take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance management for your area, acting as a trusted partner to colleagues across the business. This is a role where your insight will genuinely help steer strategic direction, support growth, and unlock value across a diverse and evolving operation.

It’s ideal for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to have a tangible impact during a period of positive change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to offer clear, data-led insight

  • Provide challenge and support to drive performance and improve decision-making

  • Deliver cross-functional projects with robust financial analysis

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Support long-term planning across the wider function

  • Strengthen processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

  • Experience in business partnering or commercial finance

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • Solid Excel capability and familiarity with planning systems
