An established national organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation, and they’re looking for two Finance Business Partners to play a key role in shaping what comes next. The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance management for your area, acting as a trusted partner to colleagues across the business. This is a role where your insight will genuinely help steer strategic direction, support growth, and unlock value across a diverse and evolving operation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

Partner with operational and commercial teams to offer clear, data-led insight

Provide challenge and support to drive performance and improve decision-making

Deliver cross-functional projects with robust financial analysis

Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Support long-term planning across the wider function

Strengthen processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency
What You’ll Bring

(CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)

Experience in business partnering or commercial finance

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Solid Excel capability and familiarity with planning systems
