Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Droitwich (Onsite, 5 days per week)
Contract: 9-month fixed term
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team on a 9-month contract. This is a fully onsite role based in Droitwich, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance function during a key period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in management accounting within a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
