As an Interim Finance Analyst, you will play an integral role in driving both operational excellence and strategic decision-making within the finance function. You will work collaboratively with various departments to translate data into valuable insights that inform key business decisions. By maintaining rigorous internal controls and supporting external reporting obligations, you will uphold the highest standards of integrity within the finance team. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly will enable you to build trust with stakeholders at every level.

  • Oversee financial planning processes by reviewing and consolidating forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities for various corporate functions within the organisation.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights by producing accurate, timely reports accompanied by clear and meaningful commentary for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate teams to influence cost management, revenue optimisation, and service improvement initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information while supporting external reporting requirements
  • Support the implementation of best practices in financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency within finance operations through knowledge sharing and process optimisation.
  • Build strong inter-personal relationships across departments to encourage co-operation and effective communication throughout all levels of the business.

You’ll need to be fully qualified with a strong passion for data & analysis, and you’ll also be proficient with Microsoft Excel and using various financial reporting systems and tools.
