Job: Finance Transformation Manager (6 Month Contract) Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire Salary: £600-£650pd

My client is seeking an experience Finance Transformation expert to join their dynamic team on a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and guide the finance transformation programme, identifying areas for process improvements and driving change
• Oversee all implementation matters and compliance, including responsibility of the budget
• Streamline the R2R processes to enhance reporting
• Create robust control processes to drive regulatory compliance, and automate standardised processes to improve efficiencies
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and board-level executives

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience spearheading finance transformations
• Comfortable leading teams through change
• Fully qualified accountant, ideally with PRINCE2 qualification (desirable)
• Experience developing robust frameworks and governance
• Ideally worked in large teams with a global presence

The client is offering £600-£650 per day.
