About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team on a temporary 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payment runs and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
