Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional looking for a short-term opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to make a real impact from day one.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
• Supporting month-end close activities
• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to start immediately
