Finance Business Partner - 9 Month FTC

Job: Finance Business Partner (9 Month FTC) Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire Salary: £70k-£75k

My client is seeking an experience Finance Business Partner to join their commercial team on a 9 month basis. This role will be ideal for someone used to busy environments and loves to drive change.

Key responsibilities:

• Business partnering with P&L owners across the business to support with budgets, forecasts and long-range plan
• Identify risks, advising the wider business and supporting them in making strategic decisions to aid profitability
• Liaising with department heads to drive change
• Partner closely with the FP&A team using analysis to understand the business and spot opportunities for growth

Ideal candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with a desire to mentor junior members of staff
• Used to working to tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills

The client is offering £70k-£75k and hybrid work.
