What you'll do:

As an Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing your own portfolio of clients while supporting the development of a talented team. Your day-to-day activities will involve supervising accounts preparation with attention to detail. You will be responsible for reviewing key documents before partner sign-off, resolving complex technical queries with sensitivity and care, assisting partners with billing matters, preparing competitive quotes for new business opportunities, and ensuring that every member of your team receives valuable on-the-job training. You will also be responsible for corporate tax and personal tax as it relates to your engagements. Success in this position comes from your ability to balance technical excellence with interpersonal warmth, building trusted relationships with clients while nurturing junior colleagues within a supportive environment.

What you bring:

To excel as an Accounts Manager, you will bring significant experience gained within similar environments, holding ACA or ACCA qualifications alongside at least four years’ post-qualification experience.
