About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Redditch on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the integration and optimisation of financial systems and reporting tools.

• Work closely with the finance team to ensure systems are aligned with business needs.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for financial and operational use.

• Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity across finance systems and assist in troubleshooting discrepancies.

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.

• Train and support internal users on finance systems and reporting tools.

• Maintain documentation related to system processes, policies, and procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Previous experience in a finance or finance systems role is preferred.

• Competent with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) and ERP/reporting systems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive and adaptable approach to work.

Desirable Qualifications:

• AAT qualified or studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).

• Experience with finance ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar.

• Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
