Our client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services. They are currently seeking a Legal Entity Controller to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the finance department of one of the world's top-tier Financial Institutions and gain first-hand insight into their business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management of selected entities, reporting to a Legal Entity Officer (LEO).

What you'll do:



* Manage key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

* Ensure integrity of the Legal Entity books and records

* Oversee production of financial statements and regular/ad hoc financial, regulatory and statistical reporting

* Review and challenge appropriateness of taxation and transfer pricing policies on legal entities

* Manage legal entity resources including capital and liquidity

* Support entities throughout their lifecycle: from incorporation, to any restructuring / business change to legal closure





What you bring:





* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

* Commercial approach to reporting and controllership

* Effective workload management skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA)
