Management Accountant

My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing insightful management reports, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage financial dashboards for clear data presentation.
• Prepare and update Management Account reports for decision support.
• Conduct monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and cashflow analysis.
• Analyze project reports and event budgets for accurate cost allocation.
• Oversee salary payments and ensure accurate journal entries.
• Prepare and submit UK VAT returns and manage international tax obligations.
• Support the annual audit process and manage intercompany recharges.
• Provide operational support and holiday cover for finance functions.

Requirements:

• part-qualified CIMA/ACCA studier
• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Sage Intacct and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with UK VAT and international tax regulations.
• Experience in supporting audits and liaising with external auditors.
• Solid analytical skills and experience in cashflow management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
