A great opportunity to join a leading Property Real estate business as a Management Accountant. Based in London this role is being recruited on a 9-month contract basis.

A great opportunity to join a leading Property Real estate business as a Management Accountant. Based in London this role is being recruited on a 9-month contract basis.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts for UK entities
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations
  • Preparing variance analysis and commentary on actual vs budget
  • Acting as business partner with various stakeholders supporting budget process and quarterly reforecasts
  • Assisting in preparation of statutory accounts

The candidate:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong technical accounting skills and experience of preparing management accounts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to partner with various stakeholders
  • Advanced IT skills
