~~Robert Walters – Management Accountant - Permanent – Birmingham - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum~~ Our client, is looking for a Management Accountant to oversee financial accounting processes, ensure the integrity of the company’s financial information, and support the growth of your career in a diverse and supportive environment that values unique contributions and rewards exceptional performance. 📍 Location: Birmingham 💼 Position: Management Accountant 📅 Full-Time 💰 Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:

  • Lead and manage the Finance Team to ensure KPIs and deliverables are met on time and to the required standard.
  • Take ownership of Month and Year-End close tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting within specified timescales.
  • Produce balance sheet reconciliations for review and sign-off.
  • Assist in preparing insightful reports, budgets, and financial statements.
  • Review and enhance reporting, processes, and procedures to add value.
  • Oversee quarterly invoicing for VAT customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Essentials of the Management Accountant:

  • CIMA / ACCA qualification
  • Advanced Excel skills
