***Accountancy Team Leader – Top 40 Firm – Surrey - Broad & Commercial Opportunity*** Robert Walters are delighted to bring an incredibly broad and exciting Accountancy Team Leader role to the market with a leading accountancy practice for their offices in Leatherhead, Surrey. Our client has very strong reputation, with a focus on developing potential and welcoming ambitious and driven individuals to the team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Producing more complex annual statutory and management accounts for clients while starting to offer advice on best practices and recommendations for partner review
  • Provide support to your clients from an accounting perspective
  • Assisting and mentoring junior members of the team where required.

Requirements:

  • ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or Qualified by Experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player and has a good sense of humour.
  • Someone who wants an opportunity to fast track their career and be given an opportunity to take on more responsibility.
  • Previous experience working in a practice environment is essential.
