Key Responsibilities of the Financial Accountant:

• Oversee financial accounting processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.
• Manage monthly and annual financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Lead the preparation of VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Provide mentorship and development support to junior accounting staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial controls and support process improvements.
• Manage subsidiary accounts and contribute to group financial reporting.
• Assist in driving continuous improvement across financial systems and processes.
• Ensure all financial procedures are documented and up to date.

Key Essentials of the Financial Accountant:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex data
