What you'll do:
As a Financial Accountant, your role will be pivotal in encouraging daily financial control and supporting management with the analysis of complex information. You will be instrumental in developing new processes, tools, and procedures to assist in achieving team goals. Your expertise in US GAAP will be crucial in overseeing technical accounting procedures. You will lead projects with both internal and external stakeholders while conducting research into company issues. Your role will also involve implementing and reviewing control frameworks for accounting-relevant processes.
- Encourage daily financial control
- Support management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information to achieve corporate objectives
- Develop existing and create new team processes, tools and procedures to assist in achieving team’s goals
- Provide accurate and efficient financial information for reporting, forecasting, and controlling
- Ensure sound understanding and experience with US GAAP
- Oversee technical accounting procedures
- Lead projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and analysis into issues within the company
- Implement and review control frameworks for accounting-relevant processes to ensure effective control monitoring
What you bring:
As a Financial Accountant, you bring along your qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) coupled with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Your excellent eye for detail will be key in maintaining high standards of accuracy in your work.
