Role Details – Finance Manager We are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join an excellent business, preparing for large growth in the coming two years. The Hiring Manager is looking for someone who is looking to develop their career through the fantastic internal progression opportunities available at the company.

Role responsibilities of Finance Manager

  • Oversee preparation of management accounts for external divisions
  • Assist with Financial Planning & Analysis, monitoring trends and budget and forecast setting
  • Managing a team of 3 accountants
  • Cashflow and funding
  • Managing the month-end process and ensuring preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Work closely to set pricing and adapt current pricing
  • Assisting with system improvement within the finance team
  • Ensuring appropriate, effective financial controls are continually in place

Skills required of the Senior Management Accountant

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW)
  • Knowledge of management accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and motivational skills
  • People management experience
