With sites based throughout the U.K, our client is seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator who can join a fast paced, best in class Finance function.

With a highly supportive SLT who pride themselves on providing opportunity for personal development and growth, this Sales Ledger Administrator role is pivotal to the success of this team.

As a Sales Ledger Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure timely/accurate processing of billings

- Daily allocation of payments

- Supporting the wider Finance time with account queries from customers

- Ensure outstanding invoices are followed up and paid

- Assist with the rollout of a new ERP system and play an active role in providing input before the system goes live

- Support the Finance team with the year end audit and provide information as and when required

We would love to speak to candidates with the following skills/profile:

- Be a minimum of AAT Level 2 OR have demonstrable experience working in a Finance function, specifically within Sales Ledger

- Comfortable working with large volumes of data

- Experience working in a business with multiple sites would be advantageous but is not essential

Our client is offering a salary of between £25,000 - £29,000 DOE as well as a benefits package which includes pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and various discounts. Our client operates a hybrid working scheme and will offer study support for the successful individual if required.
