Role Details – Financial Accountant We are looking for a proactive Financial Accountant to join an excellent business based in Warwick on a permanent basis. You will be working for a fantastic hiring manager, who champions development in individuals within his team. You will be responsible for: • The P&L tax and statutory reporting for a country market • Working closely with the US and Swedish team • Managing 2 part-qualified reports • Travelling abroad 2-3 times per year to work with European teams

Role responsibilities of Financial Accountant
• Encouraging daily control and monitoring for all accounting-relevant processes
• Maintaining the General Ledger and ensuring reconciliations are implemented and executed whilst following policies
• Accurately and efficiently providing financial information for reporting, forecasting, and controlling.
• Manage performance of two accountants to ensure their business and development needs are met
• Assisting the team to guarantee tax compliance
• Secure accurate and timely cash-management
• Support Finance and Accounting departments with reporting
• Implementing and reviewing control frameworks for accounting-relevant processes to ensure effective control monitoring

Skills required of the Financial Accountant
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW) Newly Qualified - 2 years PQE
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively on your own and with a team
• Great team player
