Employment Intelligence:

80% of risk professionals exepct a pay rise

“It remains to be seen whether compensation packages will be as generous as risk professionals predict.”
Christian Atkinson, Associate Director, Risk Recruitment

Risk professionals are amongst those expecting the highest pay rises and bonuses this year according to our latest compensation survey.  80% of risk professionals think they are on track to get a pay rise and 90% think they are about to get a bonus.

This compares to 69% of operations professionals anticipating a pay rise and 78% of all finance professionals.  With a shortage of risk professionals in key areas most are confident about moving jobs - three quarters are considering their career options and more than a quarter are actively looking for a new job at the moment.
