A division of Sterling - X-AG data rooms provide a highly secure web-based platform to host confidential documentation for invited personnel to perform faster and more efficient document and financial due diligence in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO, Corporate Finance & Corporate Restructuring Solutions.

Due to continued growth Sterling X-AG are recruiting a Sales Manager for London. The purpose of this role is to grow the Sterling X-AG data room solution in to the UK and International financial services and legal sectors. The successful candidate will have the drive and determination to increase sales by targeting senior level decision makers within financial services and legal organisations. Based from the Sterling XAG offices in central London, this is an outstanding opportunity for a senior sales professional to develop a career with a market leading organisation.

The successful candidate will have:

* Solid experience of developing and securing new business within the financial and/or legal sectors but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role
* the ability to understand the X-AG technical solution and its relevance in context to the financial services sector
* the ease of negotiating and presenting to individuals at all levels of seniority e.g. M&A investment banker directors and analysts. Corporate law partners and associates.
* a background in new business sales of information services or technology products would be a distinct advantage
* demonstrated success in short sales cycle deal wins
* an outstanding relationship builder and networker
* articulate and presentable skills with the ability to think outside the box
* a genuine desire to succeed
* an education to degree level or equivalent experience
* to travel overseas occasionally
