Digital & CRM Manager
About the role:
As Digital & CRM Manager you will develop and drive the acquisition and retention program across social media, digital and CRM platforms looking specifically at the approach to Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. This is a creative role for someone with a flair making social media work for fashion retailers, this is a must as you will need to hit the ground running as there big plans for Digital and CRM in 2012 and beyond.
About the person:
To succeed in this exciting role you will need to possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong digital, CRM and social media experience from a fashion/retail environment
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Creative and flexible approach, capable of dealing with changing priorities and deadlines
- Passionate about social media and how it is shaping the world around us
- Strategic thinking mixed with an ability to generate action
- Can-do attitude with an excellent eye for detail
