An international professional services organisation require a HR Manager to cover a maternity leave contract.
They have offices in over 40 countries and nearly 50 people in the HR team in London.
This role works alongside 3 other generalist HR Managers supporting a number of different departments. Specifically this role will entail:
•Providing proactive advice & support to the business
•Advise on restructures & change management
•Performance management
•Compensation reviews
•Recruitment
•Onboarding
•Inductions
•Reporting & analysis
•Supervising an HR Advisor
The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD qualified (or overseas equivalent) and previously undertaken an HR Manager position. Previous experience in a Partnership environment will be highly sought after. You will need to be commercially minded and proactively support the business. They need someone who can hit the ground running.
