Robert Walters is recruiting for a leading UK financial services company which provides a range of products to the UK and Global markets. The organisation now seeks to appoint a Compliance Monitoring Consultant to join their Leicester Office.
This role focuses on the compliance performance of the regulated products. Working alongside the sales function you will monitor, diagnose and improve compliance across the function. You will be seen as the Subject Matter Expert within the regulations and compliance of regulated products within Financial Services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Assessing and reporting on operational, regulatory performance and advising on any necessary improvements.
-Determining cause of failure and recommending a course of action to correct
-Using monitoring and testing tools and techniques appropriately
-Assisting the Regulatory Affairs area deliver against regulatory developments

-Demonstrate strong skills of being proactive, communicative & pragmatic
