Finance Manager

With strong organic cashflow and a significant land bank, Berkeley is poised to enter an exciting phase of growth over the next 10 years. As a result of a recent promotion, a new opportunity has arisen at Group level for an individual to work closely with the Group Finance Director.
The role is a highly commercial position encompassing a variety of, mainly, project-based tasks which may include, but are not limited to:
• project evaluation and analysis
• financial analysis and ad-hoc research
• preparation of thought papers for CEO/Chairman
• corporate finance type projects - e.g. asset disposals/financing etc.
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified (or overseas equivalent), preferably with a 'Big 4' background. You will have a commercial and analytical mindset and a keen focus on attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a robust personality who enjoys working in a high pressure environment.
