An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a leading asset management organisation, who are looking to recruit a recruitment specialist.
This permanent opportunity requires the successful individual to hold previous in house recruitment experience.
The role will require you to provide expert consultative recruitment advice to a middle office client group.
Further duties/experience will include;
-Advising senior stakeholders on a range of sourcing methodologies and be seen as a true expert within you’re field
-Experience of direct sourcing experience of managing agency relationships
-Search/headhunting
-Experience of running assessment centres and hold some form of qualification within this area
-Excellent communication skills as you will be working with key skateholders across all levels
-You will need to be of graduate calibe.
