Due to offshoring part of their operational piece they are looking for an knowledgeable programme manager to successfully migrate to a new platform.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Creation and delivery of a project plan for the migration of an operational platform
Detailed planning of individual migration projects as well as long-term roadmaps for the entire portfolio of changes, in co-ordination with IT
Managing and/or overseeing the activities of project managers and business analysts
Co-ordination of stakeholders
Post-implementation review
The role will require the successful candidate to have:
A proven track record of project management and delivery in banking
In depth application of project / programme management skills and experience across the entire systems development lifecycle
In depth knowledge of the front to back trade lifecycle, processes associated with financial markets and in particular, extensive exposure to Back Office processing systems and processes
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
