You will be required to focus on scoping propositions, constantly seeking to differentiate against market and define the ?online propositions? as both a sales and servicing proposition. You will outline key design principles and customer experience protocols. The successful applicant will scope and develop a plan for implementation, working alongside key business partners to ensure quality execution and adherence to core strategic design principles, which in turn will ensure a strong end to end customer experience by including usability testing and an innovative approach to new market models.
You should have knowledge in the development of customer propositions, and/or business strategy. The candidate will have a proven track record and experience within Change Programmes and delivering change into the business, preferably you will have previous financial services experience.
