One of the UK’s fastest growing Logistics organisations is looking to recruit a HR Officer to join their Retail division on a permanent basis, though applicants looking for interim work will also be considered.

The role reports into the HR Manager and will be site based, with responsibility for a key Retail contract.

The role is autonomous and you will have responsibility for managing your own diary, in order to prioritise your time effectively.

Essential experience required includes:
- Strong HR generalist experience
- Fully CIPD qualified (or overseas equivalent)
- Practical experience of TUPE
- Trade union experience
- Effective key stakeholder relationship
building/management
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging
and constantly changing environment
- Highly personable & approachable
- Goal orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- KPI/deadline driven
- 3PL/Distribution/Retail industry experience (highly desirable)
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (desirable)
